We were having problems, a number of which were reoccurring ones, it seemed to me that it was too technical to be anything which I had done or was repeatedly doing and many problems seemed to come back within days or even hours after our previous IT guy had left us. My previous IT guy kept telling me it was our fault not his responsibility under his guarantee to fix the problem, albeit he never seemed to fix the problems properly. So after reviewing the IT specialists in my area I decided to call Chris at "itek" and had a chat with him. We arranged for him to visit and assess my PC and my partners laptop plus the printer. Chris found our problems out very quickly and identified two bigger problems. Firstly we had a deep routed virus and secondly my previous IT guy was not fixing the cause of our problem. Chris fixed everything and installed more powerful anti-virus software plus a system maintenance check which we run every week. I have been using Chris ever since - he is a great guy, easy to communicate with in non technical terms, reliable and he always phones if his previous appointment is running behind schedule. Yes a great service at a competitive hourly rate.

I have nothing but praise for Chris what he does not know is not worth knowing. He has just installed a complex security system for me ,it is working like a dream both at home and on my mobile phone. After weeks of struggling with a very sick computer, I called Chris who did whatever Chris had to do and now I am back on line. Not being a computer person at all I still had a couple of things that I was not happy about and without any hesitation Chris came along and very patiently explained what had happened. He also changed my computer functions to suit me. Without doubt I would go back to Itek for any issues, significant or otherwise, for assistance. He's local, efficient, honest, reliable.
