All charges are based on time taken as no two solutions are the same!
iTek IT Solutions firmly believe that a standard rate should apply to both homes
and businesses whilst the high level of service remains the same to both.

Standard Rates
Days £50.00 per hour (plus VAT)
Twilight/Out of Hours/Emergency £90.00 per hour (plus VAT)

No callout charge within 25 mile radius of Halstead, Essex
(including Chelmsford & Colchester)
There is an additional fee of £1.00 per mile travelled outside the 25 mile no-charge zone.
Parts, Peripherals, Hardware, Components and/or Equipment supplied
are charged additionally
iTek IT Solutions aim to be fair with charging at all times and charge to the
nearest 15 minutes. (Minimum charge £50.00 plus VAT)
If a particular job looks as if it is likely to require workshop repair, you’ll be informed on assessment and a fixed price given. This can sometimes be given on a description by telephone.
The maximum labour charge for residential clients is capped at 2 hours.
You’re in control of all costs at all times.
